Offerings:
Dance Movement Therapy
Change really is possible. Sometimes, we need a little extra support to navigate challenging times.
Our life experiences are encoded in our bodies and in Dance Movement Therapy you will be supported to work with your body’s somatic cues and movement patterns to dissolve the hurts from the past and make changes for a better future.
Research shows that body centered therapy is most effective in managing and healing trauma, anxiety, depression and life transitions. Coupled with life coaching skills, I can support you to shed some light on the source of the issue you are having, heal and make wise choices as you move forward.
Sessions online or in the Mornington rooms.

Each stretch done with somatic awareness leads to inner calm, a restored sense of self and wellbeing.
You are welcome to join online, whether you are a seasoned yogi or a beginner.
Testimonials
‘I always felt safe, nurtured and well looked after throughout our sessions and would definitely seek Angela’s assistance for other challenges that may occur in my life where I would want someone with her skills and depth of knowledge, compassion and understanding.
One aspect important for me also was her sense of fun and playfulness in the sessions, as this is something important for me and allowed me the freedom to self-express in a very safe environment.
The growth and development continued after our sessions as well, which was an added bonus.’
